All summer long UCCSV's youth have been planning and preparing for setting up our church's new Little Free Personal Care Pantry under our church porch. The pantry is meant to be a place where all who need personal care items such as diapers, deodorant, socks, masks, shampoo, toothpaste and more can simply freely take what they need. And those who have extra of those items can leave what they have for others to take. They youth will be looking in on the pantry each week to restock it and to let the congregation know what might be needed. Throughout the fall we'll be calling on the church and local community members to donate what they can (and take what they need). The Pantry is now open to the public so please share this information with your neighbors or organizations you might volunteer with. The pantry is located on the porch right next to the double doors by the Church Office and Gathering Room. We appreciate your continued support of this community ministry!
